How quickly can you deploy security guards in Lucknow or Kanpur?
For most sites we deploy within 24–48 hours of the work order. A free site visit by our supervisor is done first so we can fix the number of posts, shift timings and duties. Urgent single-guard requirements can often be covered the same day.
Are your guards police-verified and trained?
Yes. Every guard submits Aadhaar, PAN, address proof and a police verification / character certificate before deployment. New guards go through in-house training on gate duty, visitor registers, fire safety, first response and conduct, as required under the PSARA Act.
Is M.M. Eagles Security a PSARA-licensed agency?
Yes — in two states. We hold PSARA licence PSA/L/63/UP/2024/DEC/3/2433 (Uttar Pradesh, valid till July 2029) and a PSARA licence for Madhya Pradesh. We are also GST registered (09DHWPR9799P1ZA), Udyam/MSME registered (UDYAM-UP-50-0041344) and ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 20000-1 and 10667-2 certified.
What does a security guard cost per month?
Rates depend on shift length (8 or 12 hours), day or night duty, the number of guards and whether an armed guard is required. Our billing is minimum-wage compliant and includes EPF and ESIC. Call 63903 10090 or use the enquiry form and we will send a written quotation after the site visit.
Do you provide a replacement if a guard is absent?
Yes. Our field supervisors keep reserve guards in every area of Lucknow and Kanpur. If a guard is absent or found unsuitable, a replacement is sent — usually within the same shift — at no extra cost.
Do you provide armed guards (gunmen)?
Yes. We provide licensed armed guards with valid firearm licences for banks, ATMs, cash movement, jewellery shops, petrol pumps, industrial sites and personal protection.
Which cities and areas do you serve?

Can government departments and PSUs hire you?
Yes. We are registered on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM, seller ID 3DC8200001211031) and have executed 46 contracts for Indian Army, Navy and Air Force units, DGCA, BPCL, HPCL, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, CBIC, ESIC, EPFO, NHPC and others across 16 states.
Do you handle EPF, ESIC and statutory compliance?
Yes. All deployed staff are on our payroll with EPF (UPLKO1996544000) and ESIC (30000689350000999) deposited by us. Monthly challans, wage registers and attendance records are shared with every invoice.
Do you also supply housekeeping staff, drivers, office material and civil works?
Yes. Besides security guards we provide housekeeping and sanitation staff, office assistants and commercial drivers, supply furniture, stationery and cleaning material to departments, and execute civil and road works as a registered contractor with Nagar Nigam Lucknow and PWD.
